The customers who don't have Internet banking cannot participate in DVAT payment since it is an online mode which requires Internet Banking.

Also, branches are not allowed to perform the payment from their end in any case as it is to be done from customer's end only i.e through their internet banking only.

Steps to be followed by the customers for payment:

1. DVAT payment will be done only by the dealers, i.e., the customers who has TAN NO and Password for login in DVAT site.

2. In case if the customers don’t have TAN No, they have to contact DVAT.

3. After login, for DVAT payment, they have to select Bank of Maharashtra and Online mode for performing the payment.

4. On selecting the above , it will redirect to Bank Of Maharashtra internet banking portal ,wherein, after retail or corporate login, the payment can be performed.

5. After successful transaction, the site will redirect to the DVAT site again for printing of e-Challan for their further reference.
